Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026 · Version française
This English text is a translation, provided for information. The French version of these terms, published at boardee.eu/cgu, is the one that prevails.
1. Purpose. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Boardee platform (the “Platform”), published by Frédéric Barbato, a sole trader established in Luxembourg and trading under the name “Boardee” (the “Provider”), by the client's authorised users (the “Users”).
2. Accounts. Each client has its own isolated workspace. One or more administrators, appointed by the client, create and manage the User accounts. Credentials are strictly personal; enabling two-factor authentication is recommended.
3. Permitted use. The Platform is intended for organising the governance meetings (boards, general meetings) of the entities managed by the client. The following are prohibited: any use contrary to the law, any attempt to access other clients' data, any circumvention of the security measures, and any resale without written consent.
4. Guest links. The links sent to external participants are personal and confidential. The client undertakes to pass them on only to the recipients concerned.
5. Availability. The Provider endeavours to keep the Platform available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance notified in advance. Service level commitments: see the Terms of Sale (CGV, in French).
6. Intellectual property. The Platform, its brand and its default templates remain the property of the Provider. The data, documents and templates imported by the client remain the client's exclusive property.
7. Suspension. The Provider may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after notification.
8. Governing law. Luxembourg law. Courts of Luxembourg City.
